We are improving how we notify changes to GDS bookings

In order to better manage schedule changes in GDS bookings, from 15 February we will notify you via SSR OTHS, as well as through the usual communication channels, about the type of change* affecting the flight, as well as the available alternatives according to our policy.

The aim of this improvement is to help you save time by managing the change faster and reducing the number of times you have to contact our Customer Services Centre.
