On February 29th, 2024, we updated our group conditions:

• Validity: Requests submitted more than thirty-five (35) days before the departure of the first flight of the quote will be valid for 7 calendar days.
  Requests submitted to between thirty-four (34) days and seventy-two (72) hours before the departure of the first flight of the quote will be valid until 23:55h (11:55pm) on the day of the request.

• Deposit: For quotations accepted up to thirty-five (35) days before the departure of the first Flight, 30% of the total amount must be paid.
  Remember that quotations accepted less than thirty-five (35) days before the departure of the first flight require the total amount (100%) to be paid at the time of acceptance of the quotation.
• Reductions without cost for groups confirmed more than ninety (90) days in advance): A maximum of 25% of the seats originally confirmed may be reduced free of charge up to ninety (90) days before the departure of the first flight.
  We continue to offer the second reduction without cost, which allows a maximum reduction of 10% of the seats originally contracted up to thirty-five (35) days before the departure of the first flight.

These changes will apply to all group bookings requested and/or accepted from February 29th, 2024, onwards.
