Vueling Groups is a Vueling service that can be used by agencies and companies as well as by individuals. If you would like to book plane tickets for 10 people or more, this can be done directly on our platform. It is very easy, keep reading and we will explain how it works.

Advantages of group bookings with Vueling

Unlike a booking through Vueling.com, with Vueling Groups you benefit from a number of advantages: 

• You can request a quotation online without any obligation. 
• You have between up to 7 days to decide whether or not to accept the quotation.
• You can add or remove passengers from your booking and change the names. 
• You only need to pay 30% of the total amount when accepting the quotation (for bookings made more than 35 days in advance).
• The total amount of the booking should be paid 30 days before the departure of the first flight.
• Each passenger will be entitled to a 25 kg checked luggage, a piece of hand luggage under the front seat and an assigned seat (subject to availability).
• Your booking can be managed easily online through the platform.

How do group bookings work?

• Register on Vueling Groups. Remember that you don't need to be a company or an agency.
• Enter your details.
• Select the flights in the search engine and you will get a quotation immediately.
• You will have between up to 7 days to accept the quotation, depending on how far in advance you request it.
• You will have to pay 30% of the total amount within the next 5 days after accepting our offer, and the remaining 70% within the 30 days before the departure of the first flight. If the booking is made less than 35 days in advance, the total amount should be paid at the time of booking.
• You have to complete the list of passengers up to 7 days before the departure of the flight. You can also change names free of charge up to 7 days before departure.
• And now you can check-in online!

How many people are needed to make a group booking?

You need at least 10 people to make a group booking and there is no maximum.

Are there any discounts for group bookings?

Vueling has a special fare for group bookings which includes all the above-mentioned advantages for Vueling Groups. Official large families and resident discounts also apply to group bookings.

Do group bookings with Vueling include a suitcase?

Yes, each passenger will be entitled to a 25 kg checked luggage, a piece of hand luggage under the front seat (max. 40x20x30 cm) and an assigned seat (subject to availability).

Any passengers wishing to add extra luggage may contract an additional 15 kg or 30 kg luggage up to 72 hours before the departure of the first flight. Extra hand luggage can also be added.

Can the booking be changed once it has been confirmed?

There is no problem with this but you should always take into account the maximum deadlines for making changes. For example, you can add checked baggage up to 72 hours before the departure of the first flight and add or remove passengers from your booking.

Do I need to have the names of all the passengers before making the booking?

This is not necessary. You have up to 7 days before the departure of the first flight to complete the passenger list or to change the names of the passengers.

Are minors permitted to travel alone?

Children between 2 and 12 years old (under 14 in the case of Italian minors travelling to/from Italy and under 18 in the case of Romanian minors travelling to/from Romania) should always be accompanied by an adult.

 A single adult may travel with up to 23 minors between the ages of 2-12 in his charge. If the group consists of up to 35 minors, 2 accompanying adults will be required, for up to 47 minors, 3 accompanying adults will be required.

How is a group booking paid for?

If you make a booking more than 35 days in advance, you will have 5 days to pay 30% of the total cost. This can be done by card or if you prefer, by bank transfer.

If you make a booking less than 30 days in advance you will need to make the total payment by card at the time of confirming the booking.
