Create a Vueling Partners account.
Step 2
Send an email to our NDC team (NDC.commercial@vueling.com) to request your NDC connection.
Step 3
Wait for instructions from our NDC team with the information you need for the integration.
Through a third party (Technology Partner or Aggregator)
Step 1
Create a Vueling Partners Account using your IATA.
Step 2
Request access to our NDC team in the following e-mail addresses depending on the aggregator you wish to connect to:
- ndcamadeus.newuser@vueling.com for registration request in Amadeus NDC[X], always indicating the IATA with which you have registered in Vueling Partners.
- ndc.commercial@vueling.com for the rest of aggregators. Indicating the IATA and the partner through which you wish to get our NDC content.
Step 3
We will contact you to provide you with the details to access the content.
In the case of Amadeus, the Vueling NDC content will be enabled directly in the Amadeus Travel Platform within 14 working days of the request.
Best Practices:
Keep the following points in mind to optimise the registration process and make it easier to manage your user:
- Multiple users request registration. It is essential that the data of the different users is shared in an orderly manner to facilitate the management of the enrolment on NDC[X]. We recommend using this model for this purpose.
- Existing Users NOT linked to their IATA. These partners will need to re-register with their IATA and stop buying through their initial user. The initial account will be deactivated after one year of the last sale or at your explicit request.
