Vueling, now available in Amadeus NDC[X]

In line with our ambition to distribute digital content and following our commitment to the NDC channel, we integrated Amadeus as a new partner to distribute our content in its NDC programme [X]*. Here you can check the Amadeus markets with access to NDC[X] content.

You can request access to Vueling content by following the NDC channel registration process.

Unlike the traditional Edifact channel, through Amadeus NDC[X] you will be able to access our Basic and Optima fares and take advantage of all the benefits of a digital channel.

Please note:

• The first step is to register in our Agency Portal with your IATA. If you already have a user but are not associated with an IATA, you will need to register again with your IATA and work with this new user.
• Only applicable to flights operated by Vueling, whether direct, connecting or multi-city.
• Only credit cards are allowed as payment method.
• NDC bookings require immediate payment.
• As with all other channels, it is mandatory to provide the customer's contact e-mail address where we will communicate information relevant to their flight.
• In our digital channels, we do not require e-ticketing, we are a ticketless company. However, Amadeus will provide a fictitious ticket number after payment to align the booking flow with the booking flow of airlines that require ticket. Such ticket will not be useful for changes and refunds.
• Changes must be done through our agency website. In addition, passengers will be able to manage their own booking on Vueling's website for individuals.
• Likewise, in an initial phase, the purchase of additional services will only be available on our web portals. In later phases, it will be possible to buy seats and other services during the purchase process (December 2024) and also after the purchase process (early 2025).

We continue to work with Amadeus to incorporate new functionalities in the coming months. Through this post, we will inform you about all the new features as soon as they are implemented.
