Addendum for Travel Agencies for 2026
Dear Partner:
Aer Lingus, British Airways, FlyLevel, Iberia, and Vueling would like to inform you of an important update related to our contractual documentation.
On January 15, 2026, an updated version of the Travel Agencies Addendum will be published on the online portals of Aer Lingus, British Airways Travel Partner Connect, Iberia Agencies, Vueling Partners, and FlyLevel, which will come into effect 30 days after its publication date, and is attached with this communication.
As part of this update, Aer Lingus, British Airways, FlyLevel, Iberia, and Vueling will unify the versions of the Addendum for the U.S. and other markets into a single document, which will become the reference version. This change will ensure greater consistency across markets and reflect the latest review.
The updated Travel Agencies Addendum expands its scope to include additional operating companies of the International Airlines Group (IAG) and aligns its clauses with current business practices, including:
a. Conduct and Transparency
The scope of restricted practices now includes the misuse of payment methods, fare manipulation, and improper management of additional services. Furthermore, it is expected that the total price will be presented to the customer from the early stages of the purchase process and that agency service charges are clearly distinguished.
b. Agency Data and Training
You are requested to keep the data of your offices and sub-agents updated and share them with the airlines. Additionally, you must ensure that all staff and sub-agents are familiar with these terms and have the appropriate training, including onboarding and periodic updates.
c. Customer and Airline Data
You must collect, whenever possible, the customer's contact details at the time of booking, noting any refusal to include their data in the PNR. Access to airline data is limited to authorized channels, and the use of scraping tools, bots, or using the data to train artificial intelligence models is not permitted.
d. Termination
In the event of termination of the agreement, you must cease marketing and booking activities. Airlines may provide direct assistance to affected customers, and the relevant terms will remain applicable.
We encourage you to review the updated terms and conditions of the document to familiarize yourself with the changes. No additional action will be required: the continuation of booking and/or selling the airlines' products and services will constitute acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with these updates, you may request the termination of your airline ticket issuance authorization.
Please note that this communication is distributed on behalf of all participating airlines where possible. However, the specific processes and contacts of each airline remain independent unless otherwise indicated.

Thank you for your continued collaboration.
Sincerely,
Aer Lingus, British Airways, FlyLevel, Iberia, and Vueling
