CHECKED LUGGAGE
- With the fares Fly Grande, Optima (only available in NDC) and TimeFlex + (only available in GDS) your customers have a 25 kg suitcase included for each passenger in the booking.
- The maximum size of checked baggage is 1.11m x 1.50m x 1.48m.
Do your customers need more space for their belongings?
We offer you 4 different sizes of baggage so that you can choose the one that best suits your trip, regardless of the fare you have booked:
- 15 kg Bag
- 20 kg Bag
- 25 kg Bag (Included in fares Fly Grande, Optima (only available in NDC) and TimeFlex + (only available in GDS))
- 30 kg Bag
You can add the suitcase during the purchase process or add it to the booking once the flight has been purchased from "Pending bookings", option "I want to improve my journey".
- Maximum size and weight are 30 kg and 158cm.
- On flights to/from Algeria, Cape Verde, Egypt, Gambia, Ghana, Israel, Jordan, Lebanon, Morocco, Senegal and Tunisia, it is only possible to carry one checked bag per passenger.
- If the contracted weight limit is exceeded, passengers will have to pay an additional charge at the airport per bag per leg, up to a maximum of 32 kg per bag per leg.
- Adding luggage online is up to 50% cheaper than at the airport. That is why we advise you to book your luggage as soon as posible.
CODESHARE BOOKINGS
Flights operated by Vueling corresponding to bookings made through code-sharing with Iberia or British Airways include one 25 kg bag for each passenger on the booking. If you wish to add additional checked baggage for your customers, you can do so through our Customer Service Centre.
BOOKINGS ON FLIGHTS OPERATED BY OTHER AIRLINES
Checked baggage conditions depend on the fare you have chosen for your customers at the time of booking. Consult the airlines’ website for more information.
If your customers are travelling with Iberia or British Airways, they can only add additional baggage at the airline's check-in desk.
