We inform you that since last fall, our Customer Service communication channels have changed to offer you a better service.

All communication is made through our new Customer Service, dedicated to Agencies, Companies and Groups, as well as through the usual phone numbers.

You are be able to carry out almost all your procedures through our chatbot and, if a more personalized management is necessary, we will open a specific communication for your query.
You can Access this new Customer Service page through the section ‘contact us’ on the platform for agencies and companies.

All the requests that you have opened before the date of the change through our customer service emails, will be managed through this same channel.
