You will need to access the agency portal using your user code and password.
Once on the agency portal you will need to enter the “CANCELLED BOOKINGS” section, where you can find the cancelled PNRs and their status.
In case of reservations with credit, you can verify the remaining amount, the expiration date and the type of credit:
You will be able to use the flight credit at the end of a new reservation through the portal, where the system will allow you to add the PNR of the credit you want to use as payment method:
