With this service you can cancel your booking and get back the amount as Flight Credit, or change your flight with no change fee.
You can purchase Flex Pack with the Fly Light and Fly fare
If you decide to cancel:
- You can cancel the entire booking if the flights are operated by Vueling. If one of the flights has been flown, you may cancel the other journey.
- The amount will be saved in the form of Flight Credit, which you can use to book again for yourself or for someone else.
- The flight credit will be valid for 18 months.
- You can do this up to 48 hours before departure.
- The cancellation will affect all the passengers in the booking.
If you decide to change your flight:
- You may change it only once, up to 2 hours before the departure of the flight.
- You won’t have to pay the change fee (which is EUR 50-70). You’ll only pay the price difference, if any.
- You can change any flight in your booking (outbound or return).
- Even if you change your flight, you’ll still be able to cancel it later on. The amount will be saved as Flight Credit.
- The change will affect all the passengers in the booking.
Remember that the Fly Grande fare already include flight change and cancellation in the form of Flight Credit.
