For travel agencies, knowing the program well and, above all, including the Vueling Club number in each reservation is a direct opportunity to add more value to the end customer and strengthen their unique proposition.

What is Vueling Club?

Vueling Club is Vueling's loyalty program. It allows customers to:

  • Accumulate Avios, the program's currency.
  • Redeem Avios for flights and services.
  • Obtain Tier Points to move up categories.
  • Enjoy exclusive benefits according to their level.

Registration is free and done online at vueling.com. From the first moment, the customer becomes part of the Basic level and starts enjoying advantages.

 

Avios and Tier Points: how do they work?

Avios: the program's currency

Avios can be obtained by:

  • Earning them when flying with Vueling.
  • Accumulating them with our more than 400 partners (hotels, car rentals, cards, e-store...).
  • Obtaining them with Vueling Visa cards.

Avios are not limited to Vueling. They are part of the Avios ecosystem of the IAG group, allowing the customer to expand their usage possibilities.

Tier Points: to determine the level

Tier Points cannot be used to pay for flights. They are used to move up categories within the program.

  • They are accumulated from April 1 to March 31 of the following year.
  • They are obtained on flights marketed by Vueling (1 Tier Point for every euro spent on flights and additional services, excluding fees).
  • Bundles generate an additional Tier Points bonus: 15% additional in Fly and Fly Pro bundles. 25% additional in the Fly Grande bundle.

When the customer reaches the corresponding threshold, they automatically move up a level and access more benefits.

The program has four levels:

 

Why is it key for the agency to include the Vueling Club number?

For the customer to:

  • Accumulate Avios.
  • Obtain Tier Points.
  • Move up a level.
  • Enjoy their benefits at the airport and onboard.

👉 It is essential that the Vueling Club number is included in the reservation before the flight.

If the number is not added:

  • Avios are not automatically credited.
  • Tier Points are not recorded.
  • The customer may not receive the benefits associated with their level.

Including the Vueling Club number for each passenger is a simple action but with high impact.

Avios Wallet and Combine my Avios: more flexibility

The Avios ecosystem also offers two key functionalities:

Avios Wallet

Allows virtually unifying the balance of Iberia Club and Vueling Club into a single "wallet," facilitating the use of Avios from both channels.

Combine my Avios

Allows manually moving Avios between programs like Vueling Club, Iberia Club, The British Airways Club, AerClub (Aer Lingus), and others.

For the customer, this means greater flexibility. For the agency, it means offering a program connected to a global ecosystem.
