DIRECT REFUNDS VIA GDS

Direct refunds via GDS are available in case of:

  • Full ticket refund*:For classes that allow full refund (refundable fares).
  • Refund of taxes*/**: After segment cancellation or when passenger is ‘no show’.
  • Refund for canceled or rescheduled flight***

* Automatic Refund Functionality available
 **Airport tax and security tax. YQ/YR tax is not refundable.
*** Schedule change by over 5 hours.

In any other case, refunds should be requested indirectly via BSP Link, prior authorization of Customer Care; otherwise an administrative charge of €20 (for each request) will be applied.

The fact that the system allows automatic refunds via GDS does not imply acceptance of any refund by the company. All refunds shall be checked and Vueling may charge ADM in case of mistake or malpractice.

Vueling shall issue the corresponding ADM and an additional administrative charge of €20 in the event of mistakes or malpractices of and amount in excess of €10. This administrative charge shall also apply with immediate effect to all ADMs arising from mistakes or malpractices in manual charging of fares.
