Our content is currently available on Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan, Sabre and Apollo. Tickets are issued under code (030) in the following 25 countries (AT / BE / CH / CZ / DE / DK / ES /EG/ FI / FR / GB / GR / HR / HU / IE / IT / JO / MT / NL / NO / PL / PT / RO / SE / SK).

For the rest of markets, you can issue under our partner BA’s code (125) or by booking the flights with a codeshare IB (075) or BA (125).

To get ticketing authority please contact our Agencies Support Centre by selecting Other Management Options.

Below you can find some of the main features of GDS bookings:

  • View the real number of seats available in each class.
  • Collect Avios for each booking thanks to our loyalty programme, Vueling Club.
  • Seats are allocated automatically. You can change seats on Vueling’s online check-in page, and you can also book Space One, Space Plus and Space seats (at an additional cost).
  • We have Interline agreements with American Airlines, British Airways, Qatar Airways, Royal Jordanian, LATAM, Cathay Pacific, Corsair, Singapore Airlines, Asiana Airlines, Etihad Airways, Air China, Emirates, Japan Airlines and Turkish Airlines.
  • Automated exchanges. With Amadeus’ ATC and Travelport Automated Exchanges, you can automatically re-calculate the ticket price whenever your customer requests a change, thereby reducing management time and calculation errors.
  • VOID. Option of cancelling a booking up to 11.59pm on the day of issue.
  • 24-hour hold: once you’ve made a booking you have 24 hours to issue it. In class Y the time limit is 48 hours.
  • Ticket valid for one year as of the date of the flight of the last coupon. That’s how long you have to make any changes and/or reimbursements, when applicable.
  • Option of booking both direct and connecting flights (via BCN, FCO and ORY).

We would also like to remind you about Vueling’s ADM policy, with the aim of ensuring that the company’s guidelines for ticket issuance, direct refunds and best practice are followed.
