Changes in the Groups Platform

As you know, a few months ago we migrated our Groups Platform to offer you a better service and a better experience in managing your bookings.

In this document you will find the main processes that you have to use in our Groups Platform .

Remember that: 

  • Ancillaries: Additional services such as luggage, special luggage or seats have to be added directly through the platform. For other ancillaries such as PET you have to contact our customer Service. 
  • Passengers requiring special assistance: You should contact our Customer Services Centre to request reduced mobility devices such as wheelchairs or other special needs.
  • Infants: You can now add the infant directly in the search engine and add the baby details in the passenger list.
  • Reductions after full payment of the reservation: You should contact our Customer Services Centre to request them.
  • Contact details: In order to keep you informed regarding your group reservation, we have enabled the option to modify the contact details during the quote request. You will be able to do it from the section “Details of the person requesting the quote”. Remember to modify the contact e-mail if the one mentioned above does not correspond to the group applicant. In this way, all the news related to your group will be notified to this e-mail.

Meanwhile, we are still working on the development of our platform to include new improvements that will enable us to offer you autonomous management and a more complete product.
