Information about the situation in Israel

Given the current security situation in Israel, we want to provide you with important information regarding upcoming flights to or from Tel Aviv and Beirut.

Cancelled Flights:

Due to the current situation, which is beyond Vueling's control, we have been forced to cancel the following flights:

• To or from Tel Aviv: until June 16th. 
• To or from Beirut: until June 16th.

We understand that your clients may be affected by the current situation.  Therefore, we are offering the following options to provide flexibility: 

AGENCY WEB/ NDC

• We are allowing free changes to their flights, subject to seat availability, or a refund in the form of a voucher that can be used for future bookings.

GROUPS

• We are allowing free changes, subject to seat availability, to travel within 6 months after the original flight date or a refund in cash.

GDS

• We are allowing free changes to their flights, subject to seat availability, to travel within 6 months after the original flight date (re-issue the ticket manually at zero cost) or refund request directly through GDS.
